Inactive Account Fees. wj1's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your wj1 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude wj1's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
wj1 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your wj1 account at any time, with or without prior notice, if wj1 reasonably believes that you have breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority.
Upon termination of your account for cause, wj1 may, at its sole discretion, forfeit any bonus balances and any winnings derived from bonus funds. Real money balances that are not subject to forfeiture under these Terms will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any applicable verification procedures.
You may close your wj1 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Any pending withdrawal requests at the time of account closure will be processed in accordance with wj1's standard withdrawal procedures.
