Introduction

This Privacy Policy ("Policy") applies to all personal information collected, processed, stored, and used by wj1 ("wj1," "we," "us," or "our") in connection with your use of the wj1 online casino platform, including the wj1 website, mobile-optimized interfaces, customer support channels, and any other services offered under the wj1 brand (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering a wj1 account, accessing the Platform, or otherwise providing your personal information to wj1, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Policy and consent to the collection, use, and processing of your personal information as described herein. Data Controller

wj1 is the personal information controller responsible for your personal data collected through the Platform. As the personal information controller, wj1 determines the purposes and means of processing your personal information and is accountable for ensuring that such processing complies with the requirements of Republic Act No. 10173, otherwise known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012 ("DPA"), and its Implementing Rules and Regulations ("IRR").

wj1 has designated a Data Protection Officer ("DPO") who is responsible for overseeing compliance with this Policy and applicable data privacy laws. Contact details for the wj1 DPO are provided in Section 14 of this Policy.

Philippine Data Privacy Act Compliance. wj1 is committed to full compliance with RA 10173 and the regulations issued by the National Privacy Commission ("NPC") of the Philippines. We process your personal data only on lawful grounds and in accordance with the principles of transparency, legitimate purpose, and proportionality.

Data We Collect

wj1 collects the following categories of personal information from players and users of the Platform:

3.1 Identity & Contact Information

Full legal name as it appears on your government-issued ID;
Date of birth (used to verify the 21+ age requirement);
Philippine mobile number;
Email address (if provided);
Residential address, city, and province (e.g., Metro Manila, Cebu, Davao, Quezon City, Makati);
Nationality and citizenship.

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC) Documents

Copies of government-issued Philippine identification documents, such as a passport, driver's license, SSS card, UMID, PhilSys National ID, or Voter's ID;
Proof of address documents (e.g., utility bills, bank statements);
Selfie or liveness verification images where required for identity confirmation.

3.3 Financial Information

Payment method details, including GCash account numbers, Maya (PayMaya) account details, BPI, BDO, or Metrobank account information used for deposits and withdrawals;
Transaction history, including deposit amounts, withdrawal requests, and gaming activity records;
Source of funds information where required for anti-money laundering compliance.

3.4 Technical & Usage Data

IP address and approximate geolocation data;
Device type, operating system, and browser information;
Session logs, login timestamps, and access records;
Game play history, wagering patterns, and Platform interaction data;
Cookie identifiers and similar tracking technology data (see Section 9).

3.5 Communications Data

Records of your communications with wj1 customer support, including live chat transcripts, support ticket content, and any correspondence submitted via the Platform;

Marketing Communications: wj1 will only send you promotional messages, bonus offers, and marketing communications if you have given your explicit consent during registration or at a later time. Sharing Your Personal Data

wj1 does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes. We may share your personal data with the following categories of recipients, strictly on a need-to-know basis and only to the extent necessary for the stated purpose:

Payment Service Providers: GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment processors used to facilitate deposits and withdrawals on the Platform;
Identity Verification Providers: Third-party KYC and liveness verification service providers engaged to assist with age and identity verification;
Fraud Prevention & Security Providers: Service providers that assist wj1 in detecting and preventing fraudulent activity, account takeovers, and other security threats;
Analytics Providers: Platform analytics and performance monitoring services used to improve the wj1 user experience;
Regulatory & Law Enforcement Authorities: Philippine government agencies, regulatory bodies, law enforcement authorities, and courts, where wj1 is required by law, court order, or regulatory directive to disclose your personal information;
Professional Advisors: Legal counsel, auditors, and other professional advisors engaged by wj1 in connection with the operation of the Platform, subject to confidentiality obligations;
Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or sale of all or part of wj1's business, your personal data may be transferred to the acquiring entity, subject to equivalent privacy protections.

All third-party service providers engaged by wj1 are required to process your personal data only in accordance with wj1's instructions and applicable data privacy laws, and are prohibited from using your data for their own independent purposes.

Section 07

Data Retention

wj1 retains your personal information only for as long as is necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by applicable Philippine law and regulatory obligations. The following general retention periods apply:

Account and identity data: Retained for the duration of your wj1 account and for a minimum of five (5) years following account closure, in accordance with Philippine anti-money laundering record-keeping requirements;
Transaction records: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of the transaction;
KYC documents: Retained for the duration of your account and for five (5) years following account closure;
Customer support communications: Retained for three (3) years from the date of the communication;
Technical and usage logs: Retained for up to twelve (12) months, unless a longer retention period is required for security or legal purposes;
Marketing consent records: Retained for the duration of your consent and for three (3) years following withdrawal of consent.

Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, wj1 will securely delete or anonymize your personal data in accordance with our data disposal procedures.

Section 08

Data Security

wj1 implements appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, loss, or destruction. Our security measures include, but are not limited to:

Encryption of personal data in transit using industry-standard TLS/SSL protocols;
Encryption of sensitive data at rest using AES-256 or equivalent encryption standards;
Role-based access controls limiting access to personal data to authorized wj1 personnel on a strict need-to-know basis;

Your Responsibility: While wj1 takes all reasonable steps to protect your personal data, no online platform can guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your wj1 account credentials confidential and for notifying wj1 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

In the event of a personal data breach that is likely to result in a risk to your rights and freedoms, wj1 will notify the National Privacy Commission and affected data subjects in accordance with the timelines and requirements prescribed under the DPA and NPC regulations.

Cookies & Tracking Technologies

wj1 uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to operate and improve the Platform, personalize your experience, and analyze Platform usage. The following types of cookies may be used on the wj1 Platform:

Strictly Necessary Cookies: Essential for the Platform to function correctly, including session management, authentication, and security features. These cookies cannot be disabled without affecting Platform functionality;
Functional Cookies: Used to remember your preferences and settings, such as language preferences and responsible gaming tool configurations;
Analytics Cookies: Used to collect aggregated, anonymized data about how users interact with the Platform, helping wj1 identify areas for improvement;
Marketing Cookies: Used to deliver relevant promotional content to you based on your interests and Platform activity, subject to your consent.

We may require you to verify your identity before processing your request.

If you believe that wj1 has not adequately addressed your privacy concerns, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission of the Philippines.

Section 11

Minors & Age Policy

21+ Only. The wj1 Platform is strictly intended for individuals who are at least 21 years of age. wj1 does not knowingly collect personal information from persons under the age of 21. If wj1 discovers that personal information has been collected from a person under 21, we will immediately delete such information and close the associated account.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child under the age of 21 has provided personal information to wj1, please contact our Data Protection Officer immediately using the details in Section 14 so that we can take appropriate action.

Section 12

Cross-Border Data Transfers

In certain circumstances, wj1 may transfer your personal information to service providers or partners located outside the Philippines — for example, where wj1 uses cloud infrastructure, analytics platforms, or fraud detection services hosted in other countries.

Where such cross-border transfers occur, wj1 ensures that appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your personal data, including contractual data protection clauses that require the recipient to process your data in accordance with standards equivalent to those required under the Philippine DPA. wj1 will not transfer your personal data to a foreign country unless that country provides an adequate level of protection for personal data, or appropriate contractual safeguards are in place.

Section 13

Policy Amendments

wj1 reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data processing practices, applicable law, or regulatory requirements. When material changes are made to this Policy, wj1 will notify registered players via the mobile number or email address associated with their account, or by posting a prominent notice on the Platform, at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect.

The effective date at the top of this Policy indicates when it was last updated. Your continued use of the wj1 Platform after the effective date of any amended Policy constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review this Policy periodically to stay informed about how wj1 protects your personal information.
